NIH-Funded AI Model Predicts Cancer Survival from Single-Cell Tumor Data

Researchers developed a cancer assessment tool called scSurvival that uses machine learning to analyze large-scale single-cell data, identify high-risk patients, and pinpoint the tumor cells linked to that risk.
